Senior Water Advisor

Paula has spent more than three decades providing thought leadership to the water industry. As the longtime Director of Water Resources for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, she wrote the legislation that made San Francisco the first city in the country to require onsite treatment and reuse of graywater, blackwater, and rainwater.

Ronen Barkan

Business Development Director

Ronen Barkan is a water and wastewater professional with more than 16 years of experience driving business development, commercialization, and strategic growth for innovative water and wastewater treatment companies.

Facundo Martinez

Senior Architect

With over 15 years in architecture and a Master’s from the University of Idaho, Facundo brings a rigorous, science-driven approach to high-performance and sustainable design. He leads early-stage design efforts at our firm, where his passion for passive strategies, energy modeling, and material efficiency shapes projects from day one.

Walker Noe

Associate Principal

Walker brings a comprehensive background in water and wastewater systems to our Engineering group. His journey in this field began with an enjoyment of natural water systems and a desire to understand the source and destination of our water resources.

Cedric Cunigan

Project Engineer

Cedric brings more than 13 years of experience working as a state regulatory engineer and a private consultant to REGEN. He has experience with the design, permitting, and inspection of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, and wastewater treatment systems, which has allowed him to understand what it takes to get construction projects from concept to completion.

Landy Araiza

Associate Engineer

A traveler at heart, Landy was born in Mexico and has lived and worked in nearly half of the U.S., with time spent abroad in Australia and New Zealand learning about green engineering practices.

Cassie Fulghum

Executive Assistant

Born in Minnesota but raised in Boise since she was just three months old, Cassie proudly considers herself an Idaho native. While earning her degree from Idaho State University, she began what became a 17-year career with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Idaho, where she served the last eight years as an Executive Assistant and Public Information Officer.
