Cedric brings more than 13 years of experience working as a state regulatory engineer and a private consultant to REGEN. He has experience with the design, permitting, and inspection of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, and wastewater treatment systems, which has allowed him to understand what it takes to get construction projects from concept to completion.

Cedric earned his Biological Engineering degree with an environmental emphasis in 2011 and an M.B.A. in 2013, both from the University of Missouri. He is also a Licensed PE in Missouri.

Outside of working hours you can find Cedric enjoying playing with his kids, making music, biking trails, or day sailing.
