REGEN HQ is an adaptive reuse of a vanilla retail space in the Saratoga Building, a 4,567 square foot office fit-out built for $350,000. An Eco-Brutalist approach strips away the superfluous to reveal the raw structure and sets that permanence against extensive plant life, using high-performance, cost-effective materials and maximizing spatial efficiency and occupant wellness.

A deconstructed 9′x9′ column and beam grid breaks down the scale of the existing shell and creates an intimate, streetscape-like interior, with exposed structure, polished concrete, and timber baffles doing the work finishes would do elsewhere. A spiral stair connects the active main floor to a mezzanine that stays open below for visual connection and shared daylight.
